Bob's Red Mill™ Contest

Bob's Red Mill™ Gluten Free Registry™ and Bob's Red Mill™ are excited to sponsor a gluten-free recipe contest! The restaurants and retail bakeries will offer their signature dish on their menu from July 15th thru August 14th.

Customers will be able to place their votes July 15th thru August 14th. First, second and third place winners will be selected. Votes are limited to one voter IP address per business per day. In the event of a tie in votes Bob's Red Mill will choose the winner. The winning restaurants and retail bakeries will receive 150 lbs of Bob's Red Mill™ products of their choice for first place, 100 lbs for second place and 50 lbs for third.

Restaurants can use any or all of these ingredients in their dish:
Gluten Free Corn Grits/Polenta Whole Grain Sorghum Flour Quinoa Grain Gluten Free Oat Flour Gluten Free Cornmeal Gluten Free Rolled Oats Teff Grain Whole Grain Brown Rice Flour Amaranth Grain Gluten Free All Purpose Flour (blend of sorghum flour, garbanzo bean flour, fava bean flour, tapioca starch and potato starch)
