*** Gluten Free Camp coming at Manitou-Lin in Middleville MI *** <br />There will only be celiac campers in the cabins there that week (other than the day group campers) and that the entire menu will be gluten free. They will not be making separate meals, because the entire kitchen will be cooking gluten free! 10 to a cabin. Ages for overnight camp are 7 - 15. <br /><br />Cost: $419.00<br />Last day to register and all amount paid in full by August 3, 2008. <br /><br />Deposit: $75.00 non-refundable required to reserve space for the camper. This deposit comes out of the full amount for the camp. different grains that high-end restaurateurs use through Pima Community
College on 8/21/08 and then 10/2/08.
The class is called Amazing Grains and the

The Gluten-Free Culinary Summit will be held Friday through Sunday, Sept. 19 through 21, at The Providence Biltmore. This is a three-day educational symposium featuring a full menu of cutting-edge gluten-free baking and cooking class demonstrations, recipe tastings, interactive panel discussions, special dining events and Summits Hands-On Holiday Edition with presenters from Canyon Ranch, Chef Walters Cooking School, Gluten-Free Living Magazine, Johnson & Wales University, Kendall College, Pinelli-Marra Restaurant Group, Savory Palate, The Culinary Institute of America, The Wheat-Free Cook, The Whole Grains Council, University of Connecticut, Ursulas European Pastries, Walt Disney World Resort, Whole Foods Market Gluten-Free Bakehouse and more.
