This bakery has brought true European gluten free delights to the Denver area. Every time I visit there's more of a pastry selection. As for the person scared of cross-contact. Just care is all it takes. If you eat out gf food is always prepared alongside regular food. Just figure out who does it right and who does not. This bakery does it right.

How can you have a gluten free product that is made in the same place as regular baked goods????? Cross contanimation!!!!!!!!!! Just because the ingridents are gluten free does not make a product gluten free!

Fantastic gluten free cakes. The staff is so knowledgeable and the owner is a cancer survivor with celiac disease that takes extra care for the celiac food.
