I visited the Memphis location tonight with six friends who are not Gf. I ordered a Pasta Alfredo with shrimp. After quite a long wait, our meals arrived..mine last...a small portion compared to my friends...but sufficient. Unfortunately, the pasta was not "al dente" . It was crunchy. I returned it and the next order that came from the kitchen was still a little undercooked but also clumpy. The manager was most apologetic...comped my meal and provided dessert on the house. I have NO issue with the way I was treated. I just think that the chef needs to do more experimenting with cooking the specific pasta that they buy.

Four in our party had wonderful meals and dining experience, I being the only celiac. I ordered th pasta Alfredo an gf desert. It tasted too good to be gf and it turns out it was. I spoke with management afterwords and they assured me the meal and procedure were gf and apologized profusely. That did not prevent 12 hors of intestinal pain. They are not fully gf aware!

We have been to the Nashville and Cool Springs. Both are wonderful. Best GF pasta ever!

Really good. Gluten free pasta was great. My girlfriend ordered it and I tried it and thought it was really good. I had the steak which was also really good. Both the nashville and the location in Cool Springs have the same gluten free options.

I have eaten at the Brentwood location and the Memphis, TN location and all 4 dining experiences have been great! The pasta is delicious and so are the other GF entrees.
